Campus Con 2024 – Ontario Tour

Various Dates with operating hours of 11am to 4:30pm

Tuesday Sept 24 – Fanshawe College (London)

Wednesday Sept 25 – Sheridan College (Mississauga)

Thursday Sept 26 – Brock U (St Catherines)

Tuesday October 1 – Durham College (Oshawa)

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

Table rate is $125 per location.  Will discount to $100 per location if attending 4 schools or more.  Table and chairs included. Space is 6’ x 5’.  Some conditions may permit for larger spaces for bigger vendors.

The event will take place directly on the campus and will be marketed directly to the students.

We are looking for vendors that would appeal to a college student demographic to give them a mini comic con experience.  Spaces will be limited to 15 to 25 vendor spaces, varies per location.

You may sign up for all dates or just select a couple that work into your schedule.

Spooky Halloween Market and Candy Crawl

Sunday October 27^th from 10am to 5pm

Location – White Oaks Mall in London

We are looking for vendors to bring Halloween and spooky themed items and artwork.

Table rate is $125.00  Table and chairs included. Space is 6’ x 5’

The event will be limited to 20 vendor spaces and will also feature some horror themed guests and content to attract an audience.  Mall stores will also be hosting a candy crawl which will attract more people to attend.

Note: With this event taking place at the mall it restricts vendors from selling new items such as Funkos or licensed products that you could find for purchase in a store such as Sunrise Records or Spencer’s Gifts.

Geeky Gifts Holiday Market (This is the 4^th year!)

Sunday November 24^th from 11:30am to 5pm

Location: Centennial Hall in London

We are looking for vendors of any kind to participate in a holiday gift market that is geared towards geek and nerd culture.

Table rate is $140.00  Table and chairs included. Space is 8’ x 6’

The event will include 50+ vendors spaces and will feature holiday themed displays from various fan groups as well as offering free photos with Santa to bring in the shoppers.

*Artist alley is reserved for amateur or professional artist/craftsperson that creates one of a kind pieces of your own work or items such as drawings, comics, artwork and/or commissions and sculptures, jewelry, pins and buttons are totally cool too. ABOUT LONDON COMIC CON – 2024 REVISION 

London Comic Con is the next level of pop culture. The annual event blends celebrities, artists, cosplay, live entertainment and shopping to form the ultimate fan experience. Whether your love is for anime, superheroes, fantasy or science fiction; you will find it at the biggest pop culture celebration in the 519 area code.

For the 10th annual edition, fans can celebrate 40 years of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with co-creator Kevin Eastman, along with a slew of celebrities and artists that have been part of the massive TMNT universe.

The 2024 edition is packed with over 100 hours of content, with 2 stages, a screening room, gaming zone, celebrity photo op area, plus a cosplayer lounge and community spaces. Catch Q&As with celebrities, live performances, cosplay and film industry workshops, film festival screenings and so much more all included with admission.

Finding a unique gift is now easier with the biggest Artist Alley area ever. Over 120 artists and creators participating from across Ontario are here to showcase their original drawings, comic books, and other unique creations. Everything in Artist Alley is 100% original and made by the person sitting at the table. 

Community is everything at London Comic Con. Thousands of fans from all over Ontario and beyond unite at the event to not only experience the ultimate destination for comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming; but to also meet like-minded fans and make friends.
